CHICAGO (CBS) — A northwest suburban doctor has been indicted by a federal grand jury on expenses that she submitted fraudulent reimbursement requests for companies she possibly didn’t provide or that were not medically required.

Dr. Mona Ghosh, 50, of Inverness, was the proprietor and operator of Progressive Women’s Health care S.C. in Hoffman Estates, in accordance to the U.S. Attorney’s business office.
