ASG Eye Hospitals, a chain of super-specialty hospitals providing eye care companies, has taken operational handle of Vasan Eye Care subsequent the transfer of possession. The acquisition was permitted by the Chennai Bench of the Countrywide Business Legislation Tribunal (NCLT) with a bid price of Rs 526 crore on February 3, 2023. ASG Eye Hospitals is backed by personal fairness buyers General Atlantic, Kedaara Funds, and Foundation Holdings.
